Writers, Composers and Artists:
· You must be established outside the UK and be primarily engaged in producing original work which has been published, performed or exhibited for its literary, musical or artistic merit
· You intend to work only as a self-employed writer, composer or artist
· You have for the preceding year maintained and accommodated yourself and any dependants from your own resources without working, except as a writer, composer or artist
· You are able to maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants from your own resources without working, except as a writer, composer or artist, and without recourse to public fundsBeing a writer means I would qualify for permit-free employment in the UK, so basically the only thing standing between me and living in London is, um, writing a book.
So who wants to give me a book deal? I promise to behave and say thank you and wipe my feet and not lick my hands before reaching into a dish full of candy.
Book deal? Psshaw.
I know this guy that is selling books. So you just need to buy one, and then use some whiteout to change the name to your own and then get a glue stick and paste your picture on top of his and voila, you’re a published author!
