(Gratuitous Picture Of Your Rock N Roll Brother Wednesday)

So, last weekend was awesome, and I’ll be posting more pictures and stories later, but before I get to any of that I need to take a moment to give a big shoutout and thank you to shotcopter.

Saturday he (and mrscopter) graciously invited over 20 people into his new home to celebrate my birthday and that of our good friend Kara, who turned 30 on Sunday.  The party began around 3 but the Roflchester crew didn’t roll in until closer to 7.  With open arms we were all welcomed and I heard nary a snark about showing up so late to a party in my honor.  Furthermore, we left only a few hours later after enjoying some hot dogs, a pitch-dark game of Cornhole in the backyard (really though? that name?), and some Rockband in the living room.  We were the last to arrive and among the first to leave,  but he was understanding and that’s why he’s great.

So, thank you Scott, for the party, for the fantastic green trim in your kitchen, and for being my brother in rock since 1995.
