I like to judge a sushi restaurant by its Tamago.  Generally, my experience is that if the tamago is good, the rest of the sushi is good.  If they can’t take the time to make a good tamago, then that usually means the rest of the sushi will be sub-par. Have something to say? What is this? It looks like two limp sponges wrapped in dirty electrical tape. Ugh. I hate seafood so much.

    ME TOO! TAMAGO is where it’s at. If it’s crappy, don’t bother getting fish! I also use inari as a benchmark! INARI, YUM!
