If you’re a Hendrix fan, or a guitarist, or just a fan of the blues in general, you must own the Hendrix : blues album. It showcases Jimi’s most over-looked talent: blues guitar jamming.

This isn’t the best track on the album. It’s just a straight 12-bar blues progression and it takes a little while to warm up, but somewhere after the 2-minute mark, Jimi really lets her rip and reminds you why he was quite possibly the greatest rock guitarist in history.
