OK, so the most common response to my question was one that involved unifying multiple email accounts. That’s a fair answer.
I just can’t operate like that, at least not in a “unified inbox” sort of way. That much noise would be entirely distracting and confusing for my brain. I need my information to be separated and organized, which is why I forward all of my email addresses to my main gmail address and use some of my 300+ filters to skip them past my inbox and apply labels for organization.
I suppose I’m doing the same thing as the rest of you, but I don’t have to run yet another desktop app in the process - and I never have to worry about sync/replication/IMAP issues.
Oh Bed Bath & Beyond email… never change. I love you just the way you are.
So, that’s the subject of an email I just got.
It is wrong on so many levels.
I think I did this wrong.
