Trump Tower from Adams/Wabash.
This photo is over a month old but I keep coming back to look at it.
It’s so good. Excellent work, G.
Wow. I know there’s a ton of depth and dimension in this photo, but my eyes see it completely flat. I don’t know what’s near and what’s far. I love that.
Again, you should all follow Guillermo’s visit to america at http://fauxvintage.gesteves.com.
Not that I’m complaining.
The pictures are awesome and you’re really missing out on some great stuff if you’re not following.
Are you all following Guille’s visit to America through his fauxvintagephotos Tumblr?
You should be. He’s creating some incredibly beautiful photos.
More than anything else, I’m very upset that I won’t get to spend any time with him while he’s here. He’s one of the good ones.

This guy.
He’s really smart. He’s totally funny, gracious, and generous. He’s a good friend. He speaks and writes English better than I do, and it’s not even his primary language. He’s kind and he’s kind-of a big deal.
Happy birthday, Guillermo. You’re awesome.
