Jesus Christ Superstar - Damned For All Time / Blood Money
The late, great, Carl Anderson.
Tis the season for Jesus Christ Superstar. While I always keep the original album in permanent rotation throughout the year, it’s during this week each year that I enjoy a viewing or two of the movie.
Queens of the Stone Age - Mexicola (Live From The Basement)
This shit gives me chills.
I love music so goddamn much.
The past 3 days have been the worst of my life*.
Queens of the Stone Age perform No One Knows live at Glastonbury 2011 (by BBC)
Just in case anyone had forgotten that QOTSA is still one of the best bands on the planet…

I have it as 5:50. So suck it.
5:50? Either that was a typo or you’ve got a live bootleg of some sort.
But, I concede defeat. Kara is correct.
I’ve consulted the mighty Weezerpedia, and they confirm that the official track length listed on the CD itself is 5:05. iTunes is just wildly inconsistent with imports.

Piggybacking off of Lisa’s great idea and Michele’s playlist of that idea, here is my playlist of songs that are four minutes and nineteen seconds in length. I put some care into the sequence so you might want to make yourself a playlist of these mp3s in this order. Or not. Whatever.
- Splashdown - Games You Play
- Phantom Planet - Wishing Well
- Nada Surf - Where Is My Mind?
- Big Audio Dynamite II - Rush
- Blur - Girls and Boys
- Nine Inch Nails - Discipline
- The Cardigans - For What It’s Worht
- Ben Folds Five - Missing The War
- Guns N’ Roses - Since I Don’t Have You
- Foreigner - Juke Box Hero
- Foo Fighters - Stacked Actors
- Manchester Orchestra - I Can Feel A Hot One
- SNMNMNM - Don’t Be Dumb
- Weezer - Longtime Sunshine

- FMGreen - Nadine
