Sometimes I take photos.
Another from December 2009. That was a weekend filled with good friends and rock and roll.

It’s good to see Kodak is still having fun during their bankruptcy.

I was standing in line to tour the new building at the Eastman School of Music and judging by the veritable sea of grey hair that surrounded me I think I many of the people were also present at George Eastman’s funeral in 1932.

“The multi-level Hatch Recital Hall is one of the main features of the new Eastman wing. The high-tech, 222-seat space is “programmable,” meaning that the acoustics can be altered to best suit whatever instrument or kind of ensemble will be using the space.”
This room looks absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to tour it next week. The Eastman School of Music is truly a world class institution and it’s one of Rochester’s greatest assets. It’s definitely one of the top reasons that I consider myself lucky to be a Rochesterian. This city has many faults, but more than anything else it’s a cultural gem.

Flower Friday? I’ve got GB’s worth of flower pics.
This was at the San Diego zoo way back in 2003 with my first digicam (Kodak DX4330).
