“I just want to go home,” one truck driver told the station after being trapped by the crowd. “Why are they on top of my truck?”

“Why are they on top of my truck?”
Yup. That’s a great question. I’m still not seeing how any part of this movement is working the way it’s intended to. I’m not at all political, yet it seems like breaking laws and starting fires and throwing rocks and getting in the way of innocent truck drivers just makes you look like douchebags, and that’s from my perspective - that of someone who would probably be considered one of your %. But what do I know? Nothing I guess.
Anyway. Don’t get on top of my Subaru unless you want to take an unexpectedly violent tumble from 63.3” up.

The Rentals - She Says It’s Alright (steelopus cover)
I’m not gonna lie. I recorded this one on Sunday because I knew I wouldn’t get home from work on Wednesday anytime before 11pm.
It took two takes on Sunday and listening back now I’m pretty sure I could’ve just shat it out in 15 minutes on Wednesday night and it would’ve sounded the same.
Anyway. There haven’t been many 40 in 40 songs for which I recorded vocals and guitar simultaneously, but this is one of them and it certainly shows.
We’re sick of snowpacalypse and snowmageddon.
The best we have so far is Snowtorious B.I.G. Can you top that?
Here in Rochester we’re calling it “Wednesday… meh.”
